Dear Users,

As you all are invited to translating, developing, documenting or helping Feng Office in any way, we will be posting some articles created by the Community in this thread.

In case you have anything to add (a comment, a new article, etc.), please feel free to do so here.

We will be starting by 'prickly' (http://forums.fengoffice.com/index.php?action=profile;u=15422) 's inputs, which we appreciate a lot, and I am sure many other people will do so as well.

Installing Feng Office (http://pricklytech.wordpress.com/2011/06/19/ubuntu-server-10-4-lucid-installing-feng-office-1-7-4-community-edition/)

Installing and configuring the Feng Office BackUp Plugin (http://pricklytech.wordpress.com/2011/06/26/ubuntu-server-10-4-lucid-installing-and-configuring-the-feng-office-backup-v1-0-plugin/)

 Backing up Feng  Office (http://pricklytech.wordpress.com/2011/06/26/ubuntu-server-10-4-lucid-backing-up-feng-office-1-7-4-community-edition/)

Seting up Gmail account as Administration's email (http://pricklytech.wordpress.com/2011/06/21/configuring-feng-office-1-7-4-community-edition-to-send-email-via-gmail-ubuntu-server-10-4-lucid/)

Here you have an article by the user 'awebtech' (http://forums.fengoffice.com/index.php?action=profile;u=11734):
Adding a new custom property type in Feng Office (http://webdev.plentyinfo.com/2011/06/how-to-add-a-new-type-of-custom-properties-in-feng-office)

Note: Please take into account that if you have less than 10 posts, you will not be able to post links. This is a new antispam feature we have added to the Forum, and it does work wonderfully!. So should you want to contribute with anything that needs a link, and you cannot due to this restriction, feel free to drop me a PM.

Best regards,
Francisco

awebtech - your article looks interesting but the code in your "code" tags runs off the side of the screen - so I can't read all of the code that you are demonstrating.
