openGoo installs but blank page after login
« on: September 19, 2008, 07:25:32 AM »
Hi there,

I have installed opengoo to my server - all checks were fine.  DB connects.  Login appears.  But when I log in I get a blank page.

Any ideas?

Are you using Spanish es_uy as language?
If you are, try using en_us  English or reproduce replace the file emails.php as described in other posts.

Else, set debug to true in config/config.php and tell us what error messages you find in cache/log.php file.

Hi there,

I get the following error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /home/6/5/f/1916/1916/public_html/opengoo/application/views/dashboard/index.php on line 355

I'm guessing it's  a server issue?

I think I've solved it.

I added the following line to cache/autoloader.php:

ini_set("memory_limit","12M");

fingers crossed ...

The correct place for an ini_set sentence like the one you mention would be the file environment/environment.php
Adding is autogenerated, so it could give you trouble in the event of a migration for example.
