Auto unlocking a document
« on: March 12, 2018, 11:39:14 PM »
Now you have the option to lock a document automatically when someone edits it, but it doesn't unlock automatically.  So for example, if the user forgot to unlock it, it will need an administrator to unlock the file manually, which happens to me a number of times.

There are a few points you can place this feature.
1. When the user clicks on the "close" button, the file should be unlocked, it isn't user friendly to have the user to find the "unlock" link on the right side, and be asked to unlock every file after they "close" it.  The "close" is supposed to have same meaning of finishing editing, so it should be the right place.
2. When the user logs out, or timeout from connection.  Yes, when they logout, is it necessary to still "lock" the file?  Obviously not.
