Purge old tasks

Hi,

Is there anyway to automatically purge the database (and associated files) of old tasks on a regular interval ?
for example, I would like to remove every month all closed tasks older than 2 years.

I'm using Feng Office 1.7.2 but can upgrade to last release if necessary.

Hello Fred!

For the time being there is no feature that does this automatically. You would have to send the tasks to the trash.
However, what you may find helpful in the new versions though, is that in the Tasks filtering options you can filter by date fields as well.

So, yup, I would defintely suggest going for the new version!

Thanks for your reply.

I gave a try to the filter, and it works fine, excepted that it sent a notification to every suscriber of every tasks sent to trash which is a big problem when we do that on thousands of tasks ...
