Bug description: Revision upload of an image is not updated on screen, until forced page refresh.
How to reproduce:
1. Upload an image.
2. Send a second revision of a different image (or a different version os the same image).
3. On screen, the first revision is showed! Must logout/login to show the right one. Forced refresh works too.
4. Second bug: Try to download the first revision. The file is corrupted!
Obs: The files i tested has between 300 and 800k, jpg.
