Re-assigning parent workspace doesn't do anything

so if I made two workspaces, A and B, and accidentally set B to have A for a parent, then changed my mind and switched it to "None", B still remains as the child of A.

I tried reproducing this at the demo but it worked fine. I created a workspace A, a subworkspace B, edited workspace B and set None as its parent. Workspace B was moved to the same level as A (below All).
