: Unexpected identifier - when editing user
: bukbr January 10, 2015, 11:30:53 PM
I´m getting an error message: Unexpected identifier when I try to edit an user.

Anyone can help me how to fix it?

Also, when I click permissions or groups, on this screen, anything happens. I´m not able to choose an Organization to, because the dropbox is empty... and I have one registered Company!

Thanks!

Don't need anymore. I found the problem. In one of the groups name's there was a '. So, I conclude F.O think it's a strange character... I changed it and it's done, working.

Hi!

This issue should not happen anymore, whethere there is a ' char or not. At least I could not reproduce it in our demo with 3.1.2.2 and FireFox as browser.

As for reading the forums, yes, we do. Unfortunatelly, we are not able to respond as fast as we would like to. That is why we suggest to report the issues in the Mantis Bug Tracker or consider getting at least basic Support Plan, and this way you would definitely get a response in a timely manner.

Best regards,
Francisco
