Classifying emails and user view confusion
« on: August 02, 2009, 12:59:14 pm »
Hello

I'm setting up opengoo with the email client

I wanted to check my understanding how emails are displayed in opengoo.

As Admin, I can see an email account in the email tab. But a user cannot see these email messages, because an email account is individual to each user.

An email has to be classified by the admin to a workspace, and then user can see these specific email messages if they have permission to view the workspace

Now, I want a number of users to be able to read emails from the main admin account, and I don't want to be as admin, manually classifying each email for this group of users.

Is there a way around this, such as automatic classification of incoming emails to a workspace; or a set of users can see these emails by default without classification?

Am I missing something here?

many thanks
