Hi all,
We are currently testing Feng Office 2 for my company. I'm facing a strange problem (bug?) which can be a showstopper in our choice. Images inside a Feng Office documents are, sometimes, not displayed into this document.
We are not allowed to use hosted solution, so I downloaded Feng Office Community Edition to evaluate Feng Office.
Our configuration:
- OpenVZ environnement
- Debian 6 up to date
- 2 GHz cpu / 512 MB RAM / 132 MB Swap
- Ext3 filesystem
- lighttpd / mysql 5.1
- https URL
- No warning when Feng Office is installed
Description of the problem #1:
- Create a new document
- Insert an image using CKEditor
- Save the document
- Edit the document
- Insert a new image
- Save the document
- Go back to document list
- Display the document previously created
- The second image is not displayed
Description of the problem #2:
- Edit a document containing one ghost image
- Reupload the image using CKEditor
- Save document
- Display again the document: the newly uploaded image is still not dispalyed
I tried to find what happend.
I didn't find any usefull information on Google.
I saw in tmp that, sometimes, images upload stay into tmp directory. When they are moved in upload directory, they sometimes "disappear" from the database.
I tried to use a fresh install of Feng Office with a brand new database. Same problem.
I have no idea about what happend. I never faced such problem.
My only tip is what is displayed into cache/log.php

A 'ls /home/www/html/fg/application/views/files/" shows that /home/www/html/fg/application/views/files/download_image.php doesn't exist. Is this normal?

Does someone faced a similar problem? Does someone have any tips to solve this problem? I didn't find anything in this forum except an old message (2 years ago).
PS: Sorry for my bad english: this is not my mother tongue
