Mass Mailer - not able to access

  I have the 2.0.8 version downloaded and installed on my own server. I go to the Administration --- Tools --- Mass Mailer and I get an error that says I don't have permissions to access it.

But I'm a Super Admin!

I'm confused. How do I get this to work?

I noticed in the file that controls it, it's commented out. Why is this?

When I removed the commented out part I get a system 500 error.

The MassMailer actually was a 'useless' tool, and not an actual mass mailer.
That is why it has been removed.
