1) First, let me state that the 'calendar' view is our second 'most beta' module, after e-mail. There is a 'daily' view, but it is not at all intuitive: click on a particular day at the "Pick a date" box.
2) Currently there is no way to add a particular event to multiple workspaces. It is on the roadmap and should be done rather soon.
3) We have solved multiple calendars in a Workspace by creating sub-workspaces, one for each room, material, etc. The only thing we put on those sub-workspaces are reservations.
