end work comment - e-mail notification

Hi there,

We are new with the software, so here is my question;
when someone finish work and complete the task- is it possible and how to do it- the  end work description to be send by e-mail to all subscribed users for this task?

Yes, indeed all the notifications should be sent to all the subscribed users. In order to do this you have to set up a mail account to send them. Look into my signature for further information.

Hi I set the email account it is set up correctly- and I receive the messages when I have assigned new task, when the task is modified(the time it will estimate ) for example. But I would like to know how to receive the end work description.
Not the comment for the task- but the end work description?
Is it possible?
Or is it possible to edit the notification message, when the task is completed- to contain some more details like priority, deadline, subscribers etc...

If you mean when the task gets completed, you should receive a notification as well.
Regarding customizing the email with more details, you would have to change the code manually to do that, or otherwise contact sales@fengoffice.com if you would like to support such feature.
