Feng Office 2 / First Run, Initial login error ...need to create dimensions.

on initial login I get an error message that says "In order to continue, you need to create dimensions (directly from database).".  My instance of MySql supports the InnoDB type.  Been at this all day long and still can't get logged in.   Can anyone point me in the right directions?  I hate to move to a different package, but I have deadlines to keep

I guess I need to resurrect this issue. I followed the re-install instructions, also changed memory settings in php.ini and rebooted, but am still getting the memory error.  How did you fix yours?
error:  Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted

Installation problems / Error running after initial install.

Hello everyone,
I'm new to feng office and am getting a notice message when I try to run office for the first time after an initial install.
I had to create the database/user myself as the install script did not.

The message I get is:
"In order to continue, you need to create dimensions (directly from database)."

can someone please tell me how to resolve this?
