Hi,
I'm not able to import any kind of .csv file with latest version of open goo (1.5.3), but with the former version I've installed I never get this error.
Did you find the same the problem?
Which can be the causes?

I'll post a revision of the version 1.4 (1.5) with the following Improvements:
- change the date format to 'dd/mm/yyyy' (edit the language files langs.js and general.php) for italian user;
-changed translation for "all the day event"  from 'tutti i giorni' to 'tutto il giorno';
-changed translation for "dashboard" from 'cruscotto' to 'pannello'.
