Error on Creating Reports for any Object

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem with FO 2.3. When an attempt is made to save a newly created report, for any data object (e.g. notes,tasks etc), the following error is displayed:

Information: Query failed with message 'Duplicate entry 'o-object_id' for key PRIMARY''.
In all other respects the application functions very well.

Any advice you are able to offer would be greatly appeciated.

Thank you for your very prompt response. Is there an upgrade path or would I need to backup and do a fresh install?
