Danke für Eure Hinweise. Im englischen Teil habe ich bereits gepostet, doch dort bekomme ich auch keine Antwort.

Nach vielen erfolglosen Versuchen habe ich mich an meinen Provider gewandt, dieser sagt bezüglich der PHP-Sendmail Funktion: solang der Absender nicht eine eMail-Adresse der eigenen Domain ist, wird diese Funktion nicht gehen. Nachdem ich phpinfo() angeworfen habe, habe ich gesehen das die Eigenschaft von sendmail_from mit me@localhost.com belegt ist. Ändern kann ich diese leider nicht, mein Provider auch nicht. Nach weiteren Test bemerkte ich, dass man problemlos mit der Mail() eMails via PHP verschicken kann, warum nutzt OpenGoo nicht diese Variante?

Zu dem anderen Punkt: ich glaube schon, dass es an OpenGoo liegt, denn alle Varianten die ich bei OpenGoo eingestellt habe, funktionieren mit Apple-Mail oder mit Thunderbird. Es ist also völlig egal, welchen Port ich nehme, es geht ja eh nicht. Nach tieferen Recherchen im Code bin ich auf das Modul Swift-Mailer (Version von 2006) gestoßen, dieser ist nun mal schon überholt. Ich denke hier liegt das Problem.

PS: das ganze gibt es natürlich auch in English.

No one can help?

Okay, so I will explain something:

1. PHP sendmail-function: I tried several times to solve the problem, but I was not able to do so. So I contacted my provider. He said: unless there is no domain-email-address the function will not work. So I check the sendmail_from parameter via phpinfo(). The parameter was set with me@localhost.com and I am not able to change this value, my provider will also do not change it. Okay, I tried some other things and saw the simple Mail() - PHP Function is working fine, so why opengoo is not using this function?

2. SMTP Settings, well I tried almost everything and I am not able to send eMails via SMTP. But all settings that I have tried are working, because I use these settings in Apple-Mail, Thunderbird and there they are working fine. So what is the Problem? In fact of that, I went deeper in the sourcecode of OpenGoo and found a module of Swift-Mail from 2006!? I think the problem is located here.


Does anyone have a solution for that?

Hello,

I have got an serious problem with mailing and notifier. No email is going out from my opengoo. I tried everything, I read the topics in this forum and add the debug-flag. Nothing works, but I am pretty sure that my smtp-server settings are correct. (I use this settings in thunderbird). The Logfile allways says:

The Default-PHP-Setting are also not working. What can i do now? I really need the mailing and the notifier

ich habe ein Problem mit dem Notify-Mailversand (also Benachrichtigungen an Teilnehmer). Keine der Mails kommt an. Also habe ich mich über die Einstellungen von Mailversand hergemacht, alles mögliche eingestellt, das englische Forum durchsucht, Debugging angestellt und siehe da, das Logfile mein immer:

Die Standard-PHP-Einstellungen führen aus zu keinem Ergebnis, was mache ich falsch?

Noch was anderes! Kann man den Kalender von Montag beginnen lassen?

Ideas / real Duration in Calendar

Hi,

what about a real Duration in the Calender? Means, an Event starts on 1st of March and ends on 3rd of March!
Could you do that, do you working on that?

Hallo, ich bin neu hier und finde das Projekt richtig Klasse. Was mich wundert ist, gibt es derzeit noch keine Möglichkeit die Dauer eines Termines im Kalender über mehrere Tage einzustellen? Oder stelle ich mich einfach zu ... an?
