Newbie installation issue

Dear all,
I'm pretty new to OpenGoo and I'm trying to install it without success.

I guess the easiest way to see the problem is just to go to the installation page:

http://romut.free.fr/opengoo/public/install

Any help would be appreciated.

More information, if I click "next" a blank page with similar warnings and errors messages is displayed. If I change manually the url to jump to the step 2, then I get:
