TypeError: doc.body is null

Thought this should go on a new thread as I can't find it in any of the other error threads.

I've just upgraded from version 1 to 1.3.1 but after logging in the dashboard shows for about two seconds and then I get a blank page with a pop up alert that says "TypeError: doc.body is null"

I have tried in several browsers. Can you help? I can't seem to get this working at all.

Just to add, I've reverted to the old database, re-uploaded all files (except public, upload and config folders) and re-upgraded, but still getting the same issue.

I'm really stuck because I can't even get into Goo to look at things let alone add anything. I would do a clean install but we had a lot of data in there that I don't want to lose.

 

Has anybody had this problem?

In case this helps anybody else, I've now fixed the issue. I re-uploaded the entire public folder. I guess there must have been something in there that was causing the error.
