Some panels in docs are disappear in RC1

If I click on my file in RC1, I can't see right information panel with tools for control it (actions and properties). Do it сut off in RC1 ?

Hi, those panels should be there. There may be a bug that prevents them from being displayed. Maybe some illegal character in the translation files.

Try this:
a) set DEBUG to true in config/config.php to see if there's some error (an error text should be printed somewhere on the screen or on cahce/log.php)

b) change the language to en_us and see if those panels are still missing. If they're back then the problem is with the translation files.
