[FO 2.3] can't update plugins from the CLI

I've issued the following command at the console

php public/install/plugin-console.php update_all

and got the error below

Error updating plugin '': Query failed with message 'Subquery returns more than 1 row'

Same problem here, it happens when try to upgrade workspaces plugin from 2.2.3.1 to 2.2.4.1 and same to 2.3

This issue should have been solved when updating to the 2.3.1 version.
Have you tried it that way or not yet?
