Error 0: communication failure,Error 500: Internal Server Error

I get this error messages in owerview part with every user exept for the admin:
Error 0: communication failure with opera
Error 500: Internal Server Error with firefox
What can I do?

I'm getting always "Error 500: Internal Server Error" in "Overview".

Strange: If I set debug to true the error doesn't appear any more and I see the Overview. If I set it back to false the error appears again.

But how do I update the translation from 1.3.1?

After setting debug true - no Error 500 in Overview
