hello
When is going to be a OpenGoo Stack available, like sugar or knowledgetree ??

it will resolve a LOT of problems od instalation. and will be "available" for everyone.

We don't have plans to create stack installers for the moment, though it is a good idea. If someone wants to volunteer to create one we could publish it.
