Reporting in 1.4RC

I am wondering why I am not seeing the Reporting tab at all. Fiddling with the js will reveal it, but has this feature been taken out again in the RC ?
And if so, how can I enable it again in the proper way?

Hi,
The reporting module hasn't been taken out, maybe it is not enabled at main configuration.
Go to Administration / Modules and set the option "Enable reporting module" to "yes".
