I have an application already in use, with many users and files. How do I migrate the exact installation to another server and domain?

Thanks,

Connor

How To's / Taks & Milestones
« on: December 03, 2009, 09:30:05 pm »
Hi,

I've setup a bunch of milestones and sub-tasks. However, all of a sudden, in the task tab, it only displays the milestones and no tasks. If I click on a milestone, I can see all of the tasks in that other view. However, if I add a new task, it displays under the milestone in the tasks tab. How do I show all of my subtasks under the milestone?

Thanks, and let me know if I'm unclear.

How To's / Multiple Workspaces
« on: November 29, 2009, 11:53:51 pm »
Hi,

I'd like to create workspaces for different companies, but preferably under the same install. However, I don't want the companies to be able to see any evidence of another company. Is this possible with opengoo? I understand that you can restrict which workspaces users can view, but can I segregate tags to a certain workspace? Can I prevent users from Company A having the ability to assign tasks to a user from Company B?

Also, is there a way to give a user permission only to create a sub-workspace?

Thanks

How To's / Opengoo restrictions
« on: November 28, 2009, 02:30:31 pm »
Hi,

Let me start off by saying I am amazed by this piece of open source software. It truly is amazing. I was looking around the site, and I couldn't find anything about the specifics of what you can and can't do with this. Can you remove the Powered by opengoo on the bottom if your company will not allow another link on the bottom? I mean I think since it's open source you should in most cases, but once in a while that won't swing with the specific project or company.

Also, if you're a freelancer, can you charge clients to use a copy of it if you host it on your server with their site?

Thanks
