Older versions / Not saving files with google chrome (Cannot read property 'nodeName'…

When I try to save a HTML after editing it in Feng Office it gives an error,
also afterward when I try to reopen the file I get the same error:

Error:
Cannot read property 'nodeName' of undefined

The error doesn't appear always.

Also it only happens in Google Chrome.

I'm using:
Fengoffice 1.6.2
Google Chrome 5.0.307.1 dev
Mac OS X 10.5.8
