How To's / Can you import database from opengoo to Feng Office

I had first had this question in general but had no answer after 10 days.  I use opengoo and would like to move to Feng Office.  I have a lot of very important info in opengoo and would like to know if you can import that info from opengoo to feng office and instructions on how to do so.

Installation problems / Can't get pop email to work

Is anyone actually responding on this forum?  I had three inquiries and none have been answered.  I have my pop and smtp settings correct in my email and I keep getting an error when trying to retrieve that says:

Error checking account "..." generic login error.  I would really like to receive emails through Fengoffice please.

Installation problems / FengOffice installed but won't load

Hi, FenOffice installed fine.  However, after the sucessful installation, I went to my website in the following manner and it won't load the program. myurl.com/fengoffice

I get this and there are none of the following problems currently present.

The connection was reset
        
          The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

  The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
    moments.
  If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
    connection.
  If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
    that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Installation problems / MyISAM

Hi, unfortunately my hosting does not support Innodb.  When I select to use the MyISAM from installation, it goes to the next screen and says the following:

    Database connection has been established successfully
    Failed to import database construction. MySQL said: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'USING BTREE,
    KEY `by_name` (`name`),
    KEY `defines_perm`(`defines_permissions' at line 14

What should I do.
