Task Email Error

Hi,
When I ADD a new Task (login with Administrator Privileges) to any user, Task notification email (Task has been assigned to you) is being delivered to user but at the same time I'm receiving this error email
From: System Administrator
To: user1@localhost.localdomain <user1@localhost.localdomain>
Sent: Thu Oct 01 08:26:18 2009
Subject: Undeliverable: Team - New task
Do I need to make any configuration changes? please help me.
Also where do I change the settings to reflect my Server Name instead of 'localhost.localdomain' (or) admin@localhost.com.
My OpenGoo version is :1.1 RC1

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the from is set by changing the Owner Company email address, found in Admin, Owner Company, Edit Company Info, Email Address. You could try that and see if it works.

Thanks for the reply Pet, I'm afraid that the email address what i am using Under Owner company is totally different
But not sure why undeliverable email is getting generated every time i create a task?

Hi,
I have upgraded my OpenGoo version from 1.1 to 1.5.3 but still seeing the same issue.
this is especially with Tasks, when i add a comment to task mail will be delivered to the task owner but i get an email as 'Undeliverable: New comment on test'.
Please help me with this issue? do i need to make any changes to code? or add any SMTP/POP settings? please advise

is your smtp server on-site or hosted outside your network? If it is outside, it probably isn't able to resolve "localhost"
