Email notifications when task is modified

Hello!

I'm a noob here, but I'm to manage an Ad Agency with Feng Office and I need some help.

When I create a task I always select the subscribers. Then we pass that task within various departments inside so that task is their responsabillity and they should count the hours worked and post comments.

But I would like to have every modification since the task creation, assingnment, comments, etc posted thru Email, but I can't get it to work.

Read a lot already and still don't got it to work.

Any tutorials on this, please?

Hello there, welcome to Feng Office Forums!
First of all, your English is great, so no worries about it

You should check the tutorial at my signature, which will help you setting up an email account that will be sending notifications.
Remember you have to be subscribed to the object in question (task, note, etc.) if you would like to receieve notifications about it.
