How to setup email notification prefences

Maybe I missed something elementary about feng office...

My team is not always receiving notifications about status changing or updating on their involved tasks.

Can you hint me how and where i can set up email notifications for any update in task involved?

Administration, Configuration, Default User Pref, Task Options, make sure yes. And when you create a task, under subscribers, make sure you assign who you want notifications sent to.

pet is exactly right, your team won't receive the notifications unless they are expressly subscribed OR the task is assigned to them and you have "send email" checked off.
