time tracking webservice tool ?
« on: November 27, 2008, 07:50:00 am »
 ;) Hi Guys !

Opengoo rules ! i would just like to thank all the actors of this fantastic project.
I was seeking since a long time for a project management tool for my company (web agency) and OpenGoo is a very interesting solution for us (20 people team).

I've understood that OpenGoo was based on ActiveCollab : I would like to know  if the timePost (www.timepost2.com) software (time tracking solution) will be compatible with OpenGoo webservice in spite of synchronising projet time tracking from Timepost to Opengoo ?

Thanks for your work guys !

Hi. Thank you for your kind words!

At this moment none at the OpenGoo team are working or planning to work on this.

The best way to do this would be to implement the basecamp API (railscollab has done this). activecollab/projectpier is based on basecamp, and thus so is opengoo.  If you implement the basecamp API, all basecamp compatible apps should work.
