Repeating Events

How do I set up an event that happens every 4 Thursday of a month?  I've tried, by following the steps provided, and the first event is on the 4th Thursday, the next month the event is on the 3rd Sunday, and so on.

That is because you are using 'Repeat monthly', which takes into account the DATE, for instace, 'day 4 of the month xxx'. You should use the repeat weekly, and then select every 4 weeks
