: I can not login any more

After update from 1.2.0.1 to 1.3 rc I can not login any more. The login box appears again and again without an error message.

I did all the update procedure.

If I try to login with a wrong password an error message "Failed to log you in..." appears.

Trying with FF and IE the same.

Tell me what is the value for COOKIE_PATH in config/config.php. Try if deleting this constant helps.

Hi Ignacio,

I had seen this post and I cleared all cookies but didn't help.

The value for COOKIE_PATH in config/config.php was exactly the same as ROOT_URL: 'http://subdomain.mydomain.tld'. After deleting this value I can login again.

Just delete the value for COOKIE_PATH in config/config.php so that it reads like this:

  define('COOKIE_PATH', '');

Hi guys. I had the exact same problem after a fresh install of 1.3-rc, I commented the COOKIE_PATH line and I was able to log in. The path was pointing to the subdomain I defined for OpenGoo.

I've installed 1.0, 1.3_rc, and 1.3_rc2, and all of them have the same login problem described here. I keep getting the login screen - no errors, just goes nowhere.

Is it possibly the web configuration in IIS?

Any help greatly appreciated!
