: editing documents

Hi

   I´ve installed fengoffice in my ubuntu server 11.04 with LAMP and openoffice, but when ii upload an office document (doc, xls) i cant edit it.
Im i doing something wrong?

Hello, welcome to Feng Office Forums!
MS Office files cannot be edited online. You have to download them, edit them locally, and reupload them.
What you can edit online tho, are txt and html files, as well as the presentations made on Slimey
