Hi there,
i am comparing different (web based) open source groupware and collaborative solutions; such as feng office.
The installation and inital configuration is very easy. That's very nice. But I have found a big disadvantage:
The ldap support is very minimal. In my environment I would use an IMAP Server which uses the same username / passwort which is stored in ldap. But in the feng office webfrontend you have to store a fixed password for imap / pop / smtp. If a user changes its ldap account password the user has also to change the imap configuration of feng office :(
Will there be a possibility in future to use the feng office login information (from login form) for imap and smtp connection?
