: Documents, tasks, notes list are always empty

I've uploaded files or created new files and FO tells me that the files have successfully been saved, but then the list of documents (documents tab) is empty and the logs say:

#3 ERROR: Error: Division by zero in '/application/controllers/FilesController.class.php' on line 1207 (error code: 2)

And the tasks and notes tabs are always empty as well, but there doesn't seem to be a specific error in the logs
