I might be missing this but I see how to add a billing code to a user but not a client.  Is this possible.  My clients get billed at different rates depending on the scope of the work.

Billing is per user unfortunately.  I agree with you on this one.

oooh, i was getting all excited about the billing categories, but it's totally useless to me. I need to do it by client as well. and the billing categories ... well, all of them apply to me. I was hoping to be able to select a category depending on the task.
