Hello,
I am new with Feng Office. I installed with Installatron a fresh version of FengOffice 2.5.1.1 Everything looks to work, only I don't get the email work.
I can send emails, Like when I upload a document, I receive a email. But I can't add a email account.
I always get de message:
query failed with message 'Unknown column created_by_id in where clause
When I look in de log file, I get this:
<?php die(); ?>
Session "default" started at 2014-03-10T15:21:19+0000

Helo,
I found a work arround.
First I add a user in Feng Office
Then I went to the database and add a line in table fo_mail_accounts
The I opend FENGOFFIC => administrator => email. There was the added line. I filled it in correctly.
Now I can read and send email.

Hi Ehu,
Sounds great!
Can you specify what line you have added to the database? (maybe send a screenshot?)
Thanks!

Hi,
I did it like this:
1: Make a user in feng office (or use the admin one). In this example USERNAME
2: Go to the database select table fo2_email_account and select insert (see attachment 1)
3: Fill the user in the row NAME. In this case USERNAME (see attachment 2)
4: You will get a result like this (attachment 3)
5: Go back to Feng Office
6: Go to administration and select email (not add email). There is the user. Select change account and fill it with the right settings.

Much appreciated!

Hi there!
Thank you for reporting the issue. It has been fixed for the 2.5.1.2 version, released last Friday.
Best regards,
Francisco

Hi Franponce87,
How can I update/upgrade from 2.5.1.1 to 2.5.1.2?
I Installed Feng Office with Installatron. When I check there for a update, it tells me that 2.5.1.1 is the latest version.
Thanks.
Ehu

Hello Ehu,
Well, truth be told I do not know what is Installatron nor how it works or which kind of access it provides you with.
Dedicated servers are better, so if you have the opportunity to upgrade to 2.5.1.4 (or even 2.6 - RC) I would go for that option. You can always consider using our Cloud services as well (or OnPremise), which would not only provide you not to experience hassles with server settings and such, but you would also get to access many cool and new features not available for the Community Edition. Plus, you would help us keeping the Feng Office project alive :)
Best regards,
Francisco
