Hello

I have upgraded to 3.1.5.1 from previous version.

There are some complications:

1. Error 500: internal server error

2. All of the tags were not showing.

It was upgraded from Softaculous on Cpanel.

My server:

Apache:2.2.29
MySQL:5.5.42-cll
PHP:5.4.38
Operating Systemlinux
Kernel:2.6.32-431.20.3.el6.x86_64
cPanel:11.48.4

I updated the plug-ins by command at shell: update_all several times.

I wonder above multiple commands would affect the operation of fengOffice.

Please advise me on how to correct this problem.

I was able to figure out what was the cause of the problem:

1. .htaccess on the main directory had to correctly point php.ini file that should be in use. When this was corrected, all of the errors I mentioned went away.

2. The hosting provider's suggested .htaccess contents were commented out, and I changed to uncomment them all. This caused the right connection to right php.ini file.

Glad you figured it out - it is soo critical tht you know your server configuration and where it is pulling config options from!
