: Error Immediately After Install: "TP is undefined"

Hello! Hoping to find some answers to an issue I keep encountering. I have tried to install several versions of FengOffice on FatCow. No matter which version I use -- directly after installation and login, I encounter the errror message, "TP is undefined." And nothing displays beneath the top banner of the application:

Can anyone tell me what might be causing this, and how I might be able to fix the issue?

FO is not built for a shared hosting environment, although I have had some success on some shared hosts with poor performance.  Are yOu using the Fatcow shared, VPS or dedicated plan?
