Is there anyway to mark a message as READ for all Users when Someone read a message ?

I've 8 users sharing the same e-mail this way the first that reads will handle it.

When we mark as read it only checks as read for itself.

Any way to go around that ?

not without hacking the system.

Though you could just have the person that is handling the task add a comment to the email.

simply clicking in the comment box, typing "asdf" then click post comment will show you which of your users has claimed it.

Did anything changed in this for 1.6.1 ?


The problem is that if the person has to read the message the, 5 people need to open messages one by one. That's counter productive.
If the e-mail was handled already then it is read and nobody will read it again.
