How can I do if I want to add more status for a task?

I would have a workflow like:
pending -> diagnose -> testing -> complete

Is this possible?

Right now tasks are either pending or completed, however, you may add tags to the task to classify them however you want. If tags do not convince you, you may also make use of custom properties for the tasks

I think about use custom properties for this but is there possibility to group tasks by custom properties in task filter?

In that case I suggest you to use tags, since they can be filtered.. whereas custom properties currently cannot (except when making reports)

Feature for changing task status is needed by our company too. Using tags is not comfortably.

We are aware of this, but so far filtering tasks in the task views by custom properties is not possible..
