Installation problems / (Fulltext-)Search not working

Hello guys.
I just installed Feng Office 3.3.0.4 on my QNap TS 219P II.
The installation was successful and FO is working like a charm... except the (fulltext-)search. I uploaded a pdf but when I search for a word inside the document, the search isn't finding anything at all.
The searchbar has its problems too:
My Documents are named like this: company_ThingIBought_FurtherInfo
When searching for company it isn't finding the document. When I use the advanced settings I can find the document...
So which option am I missing? Is there something which I need to activate? Some options in a config file?
Any help is appreciated.

Update. I tried adding a txt-File. I can find the contents of this file. PDF is not working.
catdoc is installed. Maybe something's wrong with the path?
