Feature requests / Export emails

- Well, we have 10 users using this groupware and only with email module.
So, it will be very usefull if we can export and then delete old emails from the database (let's say export in .eml or maybe .html or .pdf format) for later and offline retrieval. ( ...You know, the number of emails is growing every hour and we need to keep these emails for auditing and archiving offline purposes over years - we exclude here the spam - and the web space from our ISP is still limited... ) I feel that this feature will be more efficient in a form of a plugin. What do you think ? Is this feature feasible ? Has anyone some directions to us for how to manage this huge amount of emails ?

Older versions / Missing columns from Email module - SOLVED

- In "Open Goo" v. 1.5.3 - Email Module - Inbox / Sentbox, we have a lot of columns ( From / Subject / Account / To / Tags / Date / Folder ) BUT... columns "To" and "Folder" are not fully functional, when you check them to appear on the screen, in fact nothing appears below "To" and "Folder" columns... (especially "To" column can be very usefull in Sentbox...)  All other 5 columns works as designed.
- We use : Mozilla Firefox 3.5.2 / PHP 5.2.6 / MySql  5.0.45 / Apache 2.2.8

How To's / Disable Delete Function - SOLVED

- Well, I have 5 users using this groupware and I want to "force" them to make some kind of "archiving emails" in the database, disabling "Delete" button, OR "Delete" function from mail module... (You know, users will be able to send/ receive mails, but will be unable to delete any mails sent / received, resulting this kind of "email archiving" in the database...) Is this feasible ....Where (in source code) can I modify the behavior of "Delete" button from mail module ...
