How To's / Reduce database size / clean-up og_mail_datas table

How safe is to delete part/rows of og_mail_datas table in database?
Is it only for indexing old mails content? Also noticed that  deleted one are not removed from the table.

How To's / Temp folder in FengOffice - is any important info stored here?

Is it safe to clean   /tmp folder in feng office installation?  As I can see all important info is stored i /upload or I am wrong?
