Feature requests / Using external API to create editable version of document

The idea is in using API (Google Docs API) to create editable version of uploaded  .doc .odf .pdf ...
Import msoffice (or other) file to google using api and export the same file but in html.

Ideas / Proposal of a new backup system

It would be great if documents (files) backup will be held as follows:
- For backup creates a special folder (perhaps on an external server)
- Processed all the files (documents). Even those in the folder "Archive" and "Trash"
- Files are grouped in folders under one condition: year of establishment (or other props) -> creation date -> folder with the name of the document -> inside all versions of files named as №1, № 2 ... and txt file with all requisite elements of the document)
- If document folder is already created - verify the data and edit/add if missing

PS I apologize for my English. If developers are interested in more ideas - I`m ready to explain.
