Getting Started / Cant download email. Upload works OK

Hello all, I uploaded Feng on my web-server and currently have Comcast. Feng is sending emails OK but wont receive. When I click check mails to download then the screen goes blank. Also when i send an email it send OK but when finished the screen will go blank when send is completed. My Comcast settings are incoming: mail.comcast.net on port 995, outgoing: smtp.comcast.net on port 465, with SSL Encryption and Authentication. These settings are in the email account and in the Administration>Configuration>Mailing.
