Overall, I think opengoo is excellent, however it needs some work in some areas.

There are no proper options in letting users edit or just read items. Either they can edit everything, or they cant edit anything. For example, if set to read only on many modules, the users can't edit anything. That's gotta go.

Having a user's title be shown on their profile

users should not be able to edit their screen name

Enlarging the avater a bit. Currently the Users profile is basically blank so whats the point of having it so small?

Works spaces should be able to be organized in indexes not just parent work spaces.

Having groups be assigned to tasks. Currently groups don't do much of anything

Most importantly, some custom fields for the users.

ah never mind... I just copied the pass from the one user manually from the database field into the other and switched it later. But I still need to know how to get the forgot password function to work properly.

I have another registered fake user that doesn't have admin access, how can I give it admin access so I can go back and chance the pass to my real user?

I tested out the forgot pasword method on my account, and it must have reset my pass, but it never emailed to me. Now I can't log in.

How To's / Re: Changing login screen

I dont even really care about the company logo, but I need the login submit button to be disabled until the user accepts the terms and conditions checkbox. The problem is, the coding for the submit button isn't even in login.php. If you view the page source from your browser whiel o nthe login page, you get this for the submit button.

<div id="loginSubmit"><button class="submit" type="submit" accesskey="s">Login</button>

This isn't even in login.php, where is it??

Is there a way I can put a company logo at the top of the login screen. Also I was wondering how I could disable the submit button until the user checks the terms and conditions. They would do this everytime they log in. I cannot find the right files for it.

Ideas / Needs a Forum

Excellent tool, but it really needs work on the community aspect. It needs a central gathering location like a forum which has complete sections. The forum could also display the persons avatar, username, and position. It would help reduce the burden on the email system, and is more efficient than an email system.
