Hello Everyone!

The 2.5.1.2 version of Feng Office has been released just now!
It mainly contains some minor improvements and bugfixes that have been solved for our big upcoming 2.6 version.. but instead of having to wait until this one gets avalaible, we preferred releasing a new version instead

Announcements / Feng Office 2.5.1.1 version released!!

Hello Everyone!

The 2.5.1.1 version of Feng Office has been released yesterday!
We should have made some threads about the prior 2.5.1-beta, 2.5.1-RC and 2.5.1 releases but we were not able to do so - and I personally was away for a while -

As to the 2.5.1.1, it has lots of bugfixes and new features as well.
Soon we will make the official Blog Post.

Announcements / Feng Office 2.5.0.1 version released!!

Hello everyone!

Thanks to some of your reports as well as some from our subscribed clients, we noticed there were some bugs introduced in the 2.5 version that were related to "not using the context" as is. This means that sometimes the "Assigned to" option was not showing the right users, and something similar happened to the "Subscribers" section.

Plus we also took the opportunity to improve some of the encoding and decoding functions when receiving emails, which was not always working correctly depending on the server settings.

It does have lots of new features, and bugfixes as well.

Announcements / Feng Office 2.5 RC version has been released!

Dear Everyone!

We want to wish you a very happy start of a new and prosperous year, and in order to do so we would like to share an even more stable version of Feng Office with you all: the 2.5 RC, which has been released yesterday afternoon (ours at least!)

Besides the improvements already mentioned before in the 2.5 beta announcement, and the ones we will be publishing in our Blog as soon as the 2.5 final version is available, it also has several bugfixes, which can be found within the changelog for those interested in it.

Dear Everyone!

We want to wish you a very Happy Holidays, and in order to do so we wanted to release a new version.. so we have just released the 2.5 beta!

It has lots of improvements, mainly in the Reports section.. as well as the so awaited multiple file uploading possibility!!
On the other hand, performance is key in those organizations with lots of data whose Feng is not responding as fast as it did once.. so we made lots of improvements here as well

Announcements / Feng Office 2.4.0.6 version has been released!

Hello everyone!

We could not help noticing that in the 2.4.0 version we have released not long ago there were some issues that we had to solve later on, specially with notifications when we upgraded the swift library.

We will soon be releasing the 2.5 beta version, which does have lots of new changes and improvements as well, but that being said, we did not want you to wait until the 2.5 final version to have the 2.4.0 version issues solved.

Announcements / Feng Office 2.4 final version has been released.. and New Forum server!!

Hello everyone!!

As you may have noticed already, in the past days the Forum has been unavailable for maintenance.
This maintenance has been done in order to improve the security of the forum (it was getting too spammed among other things) and we also took the opportunity to try out another server we have.

On the other hand, we have also released the 2.4 final version of Feng Office last Friday!
We have yet to post an article about in the Blog, but it does have tons of improvements!! Specially within the Templates! Now they are much easier to use

Announcements / Feng Office 2.4 RC has been released.. and New Forum Design!

Dear Everyone!

To start with, you may have noticed that the forum was in maintenance for some days, were we took the opportunity to upgrade it to a later version and also change its look and feel to the new website design.
I also am getting used to it!

Then, back in Friday we released the 2.4 RC version!

That means that the 2.4 final version is around the corner and will probably be available within this week!

Some new features and bugfixes were added in between the 2.4 beta and the 2.4 RC.

Announcements / Feng Office 2.4 beta has been released

Dear Everyone!

We have just released the 2.4 beta version!

Another thing many of you may have noticed as well, is our new website design! We finally stop looking as oldish as we did with the previous one, and we will continue working and improving the information and our services.
Do note that changing the website style was also a warm up for what it is soon to come within Feng as we will be improving the Graphic User Interface in the upcoming versions! But I am not supposed to reveal much more yet..

So! This 2.4 beta version includes several new features and improvements, but its main focus is the templates system. It has completely been changed!! Now templates are much easier to understand and use, and they also take into account subtasks and repeating tasks like never before, as well as remembering the tags and workspaces.
We will be updating our Wiki article about it soon, in the meantime, this is the current one:

Of course it also fixes many issues, which lately are not that noticeable either..

Announcements / Feng Office 2.3.2.1 version has been released!!

Hello everyone!

We have realized there were some changes in the 2.3.2 version related to permissions that were not that cool, so we have just released a new version to have some changes applied.

The difference between one version and another is that in the 2.3.2 if you add a new workspace, client or project, within another workspace, client or project.. it would automatically grant permissions to all users which are Executive and above. This was not the expected behaviour though. We wanted this to work only for those clients, projects or workspaces created in the root, so that information would be accessible in an easier way.

So.. that being said, we suggest getting the new version
