Have you looked into our Wiki? There is an article exclusively for server tuning.
Other than that, I strongly suggest going for the 3.X version as its performance is much more superior than the 1.X or 2.X

Hi Vhinz,
This indeed is odd.. so far have not heard of anyone experiencing it, and we still have WinXP computers for testing purposes and no problem with them.
May be someone else can help you here, but for sure, the new 3.X version has many improvements loading all this info, and more.

El Error 500 lo puedes ver en el error log de Apache.
Si deseas evaluar el sistema sin toparte con este error, te aconsejo fuertemente a que hagas una cuenta en nuestra nube ya que no tienes que instalar nada, y luego consideres si FO es lo que buscas o no.

It says Error 500 as you stated in your other thread. That means that the error log you should look into is Apache's

Ahh ok, got it!
By the way, templates can be very useful to replicate processes, procedures or protocols.
You just set up the tasks once, and then when applying the template, you just need to input who are the responsible people for that process (the start of a project for instance) and when is the start or due date for it... and voilá!

I have just tried this in our demo (demo.fengoffice.com) which has the 3.1.2.2 version, and was not able to experience this issue.
You should check your Apache error log for further info.
