If no one answer my comment I will never get that email to track it. That is the problem, how to keep track of unanswered comments. You can copy the task URL to some kind of personal to do list but would be nice to see that inside the system ...

Hello,

How do you guys keep a track of unanswered comments? In my staff we have too many tasks going on at the same time and I use the comments to ask for an update and discuss about some particular task but we got like 30-50 conversation going at same time and if one of them is not answered I easily forget about it.

There are comments I expect an answer and others that I dont, so would be nice to see something like a star or track it button next to each task/comment where I can add it to my favorites or some kind of to do list so I can easily track the unanswered comments.

At the moment, for every task I comment and expect an answer I add a subtask assigned to me saying something like "commented" so I can filter all tasks assigned to me and not completed to track these unanswered comments but I found it a pain in the ass doing every time.

Would be nice as well some kind of email me button where the system email me the task URL so I can let it starred on my inbox.

Do you guys have any suggestion on how to do this easily with the current script features?

Yah, Im following on all these steps, tried a fresh install on a linux server, on a mac server and even on my free trial on your server and still the same problem. Tried on Mozilla Firefox and Safari. Every time I change the assign to me or anyone else its changes back to Don't Assign. it only happens on milestones, no matter if its new, if it has tasks inside or not, it keep doing it. Any idea what is causing it?

You tested on the 1.70, same copy you guys offer on your free trial?

Is this a bug or probably something broken on my end? I tried several times to change assign options but it keeps forcing the attribute "don't assign".

I hit the new milestone, choose me to assign, when I check the options this item is marked as "don't assign". Than I got to edit, change it back to me or any other value but it keeps changing back.

Anyone experienced this?

I can create a Milestone and add tasks inside but I can also create a task and add subtasks inside. All the reminders and attributes I have for milestones I also have for tasks.

Do they work the same way? Just different names and icons on the calendar?

From the Feng Office KB:

"The Tasks tab gives you access to tasks and milestones. Tasks tell people what to do – milestones tell them when something is due."

I can also set a due date to the task and add reminders. So, what is the difference?

I dont know if its a bug or not but when I create a new milestone or task from a template it dont subscribe me automatically but when I click on another task ("Create a copy of the ...") it does.

Yes, I did that, I can copy Milestone and tasks inside inclusive date, description, but Im not able to copy all subscribers from each task and milestone to the template. Is there a way to do that?

Hello, is it possible to create a template or copy of a milestone keeping all the settings inclusive the subscribers?

I have a network of sites that is updated few times a week, for every update I need to setup a milestone and add few tasks inside, each task is assigned to few people in my office. The entire milestone and tasks inside is the same all the time, the only thing that changes is the name. So i need a way to create a template or copy including all subscribers on the milestones and tasks.

Is there a way to do that?

Hello, Im new to Feng Office (great product by the way) and interested to know if it is possible to add the workspace border/background to all objects showing in calendar and the upcoming widget like it does on events?
